Why revenue leaks after the sale
Winning the logo is the easy part. Most of the revenue you lose is quiet: renewals that slip, expansions that never surface, and relationships that fade without an owner.
Silent churn
Health risk goes unnoticed until a renewal is already lost.
Missed expansion
Upsell and cross-sell moments pass by because no one is watching for them.
No relationship owner
Accounts drift when there’s no consistent person your customer knows and trusts.
You keep and grow revenue when a dedicated AM owns every account, health, renewals, and expansion, on a schedule.

- Owning the accounts you assign as their named contact
- Weekly health checks and save plans for at-risk accounts
- Renewal outreach worked from the renewal calendar
- Preparing and running QBRs, with a written recap
- Qualifying expansion and quoting standard add-ons
- Logging every touch and next step in your CRM
What it doesn’t cover
- Answering support tickets: that’s our Customer Service service
- Negotiating discounts, pricing exceptions or contract terms: your team owns those

- Finding new customers: that’s our Appointment Setting or Full-cycle BDR service
What we need from you
- The account list with contacts, contract values and renewal dates
- CRM access and the usage and billing data that feed the health signals
- Your price list and what the account manager may quote without approval
- A named exec for escalations and as the sponsor in key QBRs
- Time for a weekly review with your account manager
Your first 90 days
Weeks 1-2
You interview and pick the account manager. They learn your product, pricing and playbook, the book is loaded into your CRM, and introductions to customers begin.
Month 1
Every account has been introduced to its new owner, the first health read covers the whole book, and renewals coming due next are already open.
Months 2-3
The first QBRs are held, save plans are running on at-risk accounts, and renewals and expansion move on a steady weekly rhythm.

Frequently asked
questions
An outsourced account manager is a dedicated rep who owns your customer relationships after the sale: renewals, expansion, quarterly business reviews and proactive check-ins. They work inside your CRM, under your commercial terms, and report to you. The job is to protect the ARR you already have and grow the accounts you already won.
Customer success is about adoption: making sure the customer gets value from what they bought. Account management is about the commercial relationship: renewals, pricing, expansion and the conversations that keep the account growing. In small teams one person does both, and our account managers cover both. In larger teams they are separate roles reporting to different leaders.
As much as you decide. Some clients have the account manager fronting every call and signing emails under your domain; others keep an internal owner and use the account manager for the day-to-day. What does not change is that the same person stays on your accounts, you interview them before they start, and your customers are not passed between agents.
Both, but protection comes first. An account manager who has not earned trust cannot sell anything, so the first months go into coverage: knowing every account, catching problems early and running the check-ins nobody has time for. Expansion follows from that, through renewals priced correctly, upsells raised at the right moment and referrals asked for.
Gradually, and with you in the room. The account manager starts by sitting in on your existing calls and reading the account history before they contact anyone. The handover is then introduced by you, not by us: your customer hears from their current contact that someone is joining the account, not that they have been reassigned.
The rep is live in one to two weeks: you interview four or five candidates, select yours, and we build the training on your product, your pricing and your accounts. Taking over the relationships is slower by design. Expect a few weeks of shadowing before they front a call, and three months before they own renewals outright.
