Chad Castruita
Founder & CEO
Chad launched RemoteReps in 2013 with the mission to solve the business outsourcing industry with a transparent and open culture that spans countries, people, and backgrounds. With that goal in mind, Chad and his RemoteReps team created a company dedicated to raising the level of outsourcing, for a resiliency and people-centric feel with a human touch that wins for both clients and employees. Chad earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and with his business experience and leadership, has significantly expanded the RemoteReps team and the list of business organizations his team supports.
Reza Shayesteh
Chief Technology Officer
A highly skilled software engineer and technology manager, Reza oversees the RemoteReps digital ecosystem and has led the RemoteReps evolution to become a technology centric BPO company. With more than a decade of experience working with medium and large companies, Reza has helped multiple firms in healthcare, education, and e-commerce to grow exponentially. In addition to managing the RemoteReps technology infrastructure, Reza provides critical leadership of new product initiatives, infrastructure planning, cyber security, and management of multiple engineers. Reza earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Sina Shayesteh
VP of Growth
Sina Shayesteh is a dynamic leader driving sales and partnerships as the head of the Small- and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) business unit at RemoteReps. With a foundation in finance cultivated at Merrill Lynch, he co-founded an ed-tech startup before taking on his current role. Passionate about innovation, Sina focuses on delivering tailored solutions in Technology, Back-Office/Bookkeeping, and Appointment Setting/Closing for small- and medium-sized businesses. As a believer in collaboration and transformative growth, he brings a unique blend of financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to empower SMBs.
