This company was performing critical, real-time manual data extraction for advertisements and ecommerce support major Fortune 500 retail clients—with highly detrimental delays in advertising and inaccurate and incomplete data extracted. Solution

Remote Reps immediately addressed the manual bottleneck and created a custom job scheduler to automate and start data. This enabled data integrity and specificity, with a faster and more comprehensive data abstraction. Our custom desktop provides the data and reporting at a glance, for immediate visibility and enhancing sharing of the data with this client’s own customers. As a result of this project’s rapid launch and the near real-time success noted by theclient, the client is now extending this bespoke solution to their own retail customer base, with the ability to segregate and combine data to create a uniquely tailored, precise strategy enabling their customers to create advertising campaigns through these platforms.As another outcome of our early success, the client has now turned over the entire IT support function to Remote Reps. Today Remote Reps supports a wide range of services, including software development (web and mobile), analytics and automation, system design, infrastructure support and scalability, quality assurance(QA) automation. There are more than 100 clients supported by Remote Reps–a significant increase from our support on day one.
